  Technovision Engineers Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Person should have Any Graduate/ MBA/ Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Preparation, MIS Reporting, Housekeeping, Performance Management, Training and Development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Pay Roll Processing of all Employees.
-Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Onboarding
-Canteen Management.
-Employee Connect - Birthdays/ Uniform/ Pooja celebrations.
-Statutory Compliances
-Documentation of Employees working on Sites.
-General Administration/ House keeping/ Office Management

-Working on Systems/QMS -ISO.
-MIS Reports as Required.
-Performance Management/ Year Appraisal Process/Market Correction.
-Employee Engagement - R&R, Compensation and Benefits.
-Training and Development.
-Attending Customer calls.
-Handling Contractors and Contract Compliances
