Job Description

Candidate should be good in communication skills with 3 to 8 years of experience with an HR Generalist profile and proficient in handling Day to Day HR Activities.

Role & Responsibilities-

Talent Acquisition & retention
Handling entire lifecycle of the employee from Onboarding to Exit
Development and successful implementation of HR Systems & Policies
Training & Development

Leave and attendance management
Maintaining MIS of Employees
Support to Payroll function along with the Account department
Support to Performance Management System
Support to Administrative activities
