  SgurrEnergy Private Limited is looking for Administration/ HR Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have MBA (HR)/ MPM or equivalent qualification with proven experience in a customer service or similar role, with exposure to commercial and administration responsibilities. Must have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Should have excellent communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will essentially include-

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documentation. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits. Assist in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.

Monitor training attendance and maintain training records. Coordinate employee training programs and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications. Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues. Promote a positive work environment and assist in resolving conflicts. Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Manage employee benefits administration and enrollment processes.
