  Medtronic Inc. | Medical Device Company is looking for Software Testing Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelors degree with 4 to 7 years testing and application development experience, including providing test leadership and planning and execution. Must have extensive knowledge of test methodologies and processes.

Specialized Knowledge/ Skills-

Solid understanding of quality regulations and testing techniques required for the Life Science industry
Experience with Medtronic s MSCM and system validation and qualification processes
Demonstrated strong analytical thinking, process mapping, process improvement and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, influencing groups)
Time management, organizational, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Skilled at developing, documenting, and building the value proposition for standard test processes
High energy and motivation with an ability to adapt to change
Experience with Agile Methodology in a QA Role
Experience with API testing Using Postman or Soap UI
Experience Using Polarion and ALM for test Management.

Strong UI/ UX experience
Mobile Apps Testing Experience
Extensive SQL scripting background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Strong collaboration skills
