HR & Administration Officer

Vedha Entech India Private Limited is looking for HR & Administration Officer

Job Description	Candidate should be Any Graduate & MBA (HR) with 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Administration, Contract Labour Management, Manpower Planning, Time Office Management, Statutory Compliance and General Administration. Experience in Manufacturing field is preferred. Role & Responsibilities- Ensuring Manpower availability as per Production plan and requirements. Liaising with Manpower contractors for Manpower attendance as per requirements. Planning of employees in shifts in coordination with department heads and providing necessary arrangements. Carrying out liaison works like ESI, PF, Insurance and other statutory requirements. Preparing daily and monthly man-days reports, working out salaries and wage statements. Monitoring time office, men and vehicle movement and Security gate entries. Coordinating with all Government departments regarding statutory and regulatory works. Responsible for General administration of Factory and Office maintenance at multiple locations. Ensuring that all personnel are following safety precautions, and availability of safety equipment in stores, if required raising material indents for the same Maintaining necessary educational, experience records of employees Conducting induction training for new employees and maintaining the records for the same Carrying out competency evaluation in co-ordination with MD and Plant manager Preparing training plans and ensuring conduct of training programs Measuring effectiveness of training.
