  CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is looking for Technical Support Manager



Job Description



Candidate should have a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent with 4 to 5 years of people management experience managing Enterprise Product Support team. Experience in a fast paced, high impact Technical Support environment supporting Global Customers. Must have customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Ability to analyze data/reports and take proactive actions
Proven experience demonstrating global cross-functional collaborations

Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
Project management experience, preferably on worldwide initiatives is a plus
Willingness to work in Shifts/Weekends depending upon business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Support team, including oversight of support operations and escalation management.
Drive the importance of team work, continuous improvement and effective customer service ensuring they are the cultural cornerstones of the work environment
Deliver consistent Support Operational outcomes and implement corrective actions as required
Understand Business requirements and recruits, develops and builds a diverse customer focused technical talent

Collaborate effectively with peers and internal/external stakeholders for effective outcomes
Make timely decisions, often with limited information, based off a solid understanding of security principles, business requirements and best practices
Define, refine and implement processes, policies and systems with the goal of enhancing operations and delivering effective customer experience
Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation and own/contribute to improvement initiatives and projects
