Job Description

We are a Bangalore startup, our founder needs a serious candidate for administrative support, hiring manager, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication with clients and vendors and someone who is a multitasker. plus confident, a fast learner and who can join immediately upon hiring.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18-35 years
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate
Must be Fluent in English & Hindi Communications
Good IQ, Aptitude & Management Skills
Basic Computer, MS Word, Excel Knowledge
Bold, Open-minded, Extrovert, A Pleasant Personality
Ready to Travel inside/outside city as per need with MD
Ability to Learn New Skills/ We will train you as per our Work Requirement
Freshers can also apply/ But, Experienced Candidate will be given preference

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Attending Phone Calls, Emails, Meetings on MD behalf
Booking meetings/appointments
Reconciling monthly expenses
HR Administration contracts/offer letters, relevant paperwork, maintaining personnel files
Organizing food/refreshments for business lunches
Provide cover when necessary for Reception duties
Carrying out research for particular projects as requested by MD
Organizing corporate & staff events
Assisting with the organization of exhibitions and possibly attending if required
