Job Responsibility- Manage Recruitment Process Employee orientation, development, and training HR Statutory compliance and reporting States in India & Central Employment agreements & documentation Performance management and improvement systems Policy development and documentation Employee relationship management Organizational and space planning Company-employee communication Compensation and benefits administration Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education Manage the company website with posts & updates related to HR activity Any other work as decided mutually with the management
