Elite Thermal Engineers Private Limited is looking for HR Admin Executive (Female)

Job Description	We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed female HR Admin Executive with excellent communication and administration skills. This position will be the first point of contact in the organisation for all HR related matters. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to preparing HR documents, driving the recruitment and on-boarding process, organising training sessions & events, driving the employee performance management system, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labour laws. The person in this position must be able to deal with a variety of personalities, while being approachable and fair. Job Responsibilities: Maintain personnel records Maintain internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. leave record, maternity leave, attendance, etc.) Update company policies and ensure legal compliance Explain changes in company policies and rules to staff Act as first point of contact in organization for all HR related matters Co-ordinate with service providers to maintain Company infrastructure (housekeeping, IT infrastructure, office supplies etc.) Prepare reports as required by the management Perform tasks related to employee performance management Propose and execute initiatives for employee engagement & welfare (employee training, rewarding, team building, etc.) Pre-screen job applicants Schedule interviews (co-ordinate with candidates and management) Prepare documentation for appointment of new staff New staff on-boarding procedure
