  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Associate Technical Support



Job Description



Advance Excel with excellent knowledge in large volume data analysis for business insights
Must have atleast 1 year of hands on experience in SQL querying, Hive
Knowledge of data visualization tool like Tableau or PowerBI
Proven Powerpoint Presentation preparation skills

Basic understanding of Unix & Knowledge of Python is added advantage
Must have Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong Process Oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks

Shifts & Weekoffs-

Male - 8 AM - 11 PM (Any 9 hours rotational)
Female - 8 AM - 8 PM (Any 9 hours rotational)
6 days working and 1 rotational off

Job Responsibilities-

Enhancing existing data insights and updating overall reporting structure as per the requirements along with tracking and monitoring.
Providing robust automation to finalized reporting matrices with regularly updated data sets.
Manage Ad hoc data analysis requirement to design case study and derive insights for business objectives
Managing all the existing reporting requirements for business reviews and further enhancements
Building story lines based on Use Cases for effective member engagement to assist in Transactional/ Fraud Data submission
