  Hitachi Astemo Brake Systems India Pvt. Limited is looking for HR Administration & Payroll Manager



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelor/ Masters degree in human resources, Administration or equivalent with 5 to 7 years of experience in Human resources, payroll, or administration, individually can handle the activity. Must have good English written & verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of payroll rules and regulation
Intermediate knowledge of labor and HR regulation
Good MS Office skill, HR Information System usage (Ascent HRMs & Workday)
Knowledge of Social Contribution, Income Tax and other law and regulations related to payroll.

Role & Responsibilities-

Manage the monthly payroll, ensure 100% correct and on time.
Ensure data security, avoid confidential data loss or disclosure.

Monitor the market salary level, ensure the competitiveness of our company salary level; Support HR Manager on annual salary review and bonus payment.

Design or update company salary band, compensation & welfare policies.
Involve in labor cost budget planning and provide required reports when needed.
