As a Technical Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking technical assistance. your role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products/ services. You will be diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in related field preferred. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Executive. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools.
