Job Description

Candidate should have B. Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent with good experience in System Performance monitoring/ troubleshooting in application & Microsoft SQL servers. Good understanding of Microsoft SQL server and Experience in troubleshooting Always-On in SQL Server.
Troubleshoot SQL performance issues using SQL Profiler and Extended Events Any Healthcare Product Knowledge or Application Support knowledge Must have an ability to learn system functionality & workflows quickly. Knowledge of Window Server or any other server OS Knowledge of networking architecture and clustering concepts Good understanding of networking protocols like.
Experience in analyzing Windows logs and large application log files to find the root cause. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze and interpret logs quickly and efficiently.
Good to have skills:
Any Integration engine support experience Experience in working with HL7. Understanding of healthcare-related application, terminology, patient care environments Experience with Bash, PowerShell / Python scripting.
