Job Description

Candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality. Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using MS Office suite and basic computer skills.

A proactive and problem-solving approach to address visitors` and employees` needs effectively.
Ability to always maintain a professional and polished appearance.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in visitor registrations and phone call transfers.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, and telephone systems.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional experiences.
