Job Description

Candidate should be good in communication skills with 2 to 4 years of experience with an HR Generalist profile and proficient in handling Day to Day HR Operation. Must have excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities-

1. Talent Acquisition & retention
2. Handling entire lifecycle of the employee from Onboarding to Exit
3. Development and successful implementation of HR Systems & Policies
4. Training & Development

5. Leave and attendance management
6. Maintaining MIS of Employees
7. Support to Payroll function along with the Account department
8. Support to Performance Management System
9. Support to Administrative activities
