  Imperium Digital Network Pvt. Limited is looking for Administration/ (HR) Specialist



Job Description

Person must have Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with proven experience (2-5 years) as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, with a focus on the Telecom Service Provider industry or a related sector.

Familiarity with industry-specific HR challenges and regulations is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and employee relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
