  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Technical Support Associate



Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate with Service Desk Experience - Freshers with Technical Graduation can apply and Experienced Service Desk Associates can also apply. Have basic knowledge in IT. Any knowledge of Service Desk or ITIL is preferred.

Must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step assistance, both written and verbal
Passion for technology and learning
Strong team player collaborates well with others.

Role & Responsibilities-

First Point of Contact for end-users
Attend Incoming-Calls and emails from end-users
Create Service Requests in Ticketing Tool as per the agreed Turnaround Time
Create Incidents and timely escalate as per the escalation matrix
Follow-up on open tickets with L2 teams if end-users request for more information/ ticket status

Remote Troubleshooting of Windows 1st level support
MS Outlook 1st level desktop support
MS Outlook setup & profile Creation
Desktop Printer Setup
VPN, Internet issues, Wireless connectivity 1st support
PC Clean up, clearing temp, Checking for Virtual Memory size) 1st level support
