  NTT DATA Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with at least 6 Months to 1 plus years of experience in a technical support role.
Experience with International voice process are preferred.

Required Skills:

Good Communication Skills
Rotational shifts (24*7)
Basic Technical TS skills.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Provides L1 technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems by telephone and email.
Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows XP, Win 7/8 Operating system, PC Hardware, Basic Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Networking, Messaging, and MS Office, COTS applications, Outlook configuration etc.
Must be able to speak fluent English & possess excellent writing and comprehension skills & with excellent customer handling skills
