Job Description

Candidate must have a Degree in HR/ Administration or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, Staffing Services, Human Resource Management, Documentation, Training & Development. Must have good command over MS office with excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities-

End to End Recruitment in time
Induction Training for new employee & updating documents of new employees.
Handling Exit Interview Formality

Planning & executing Training & Development Programs
All statutory compliances handling.
ISO documentation Work
Other Admin Work
