  Glass Wall Systems (I) Private Limited is looking for HR & Administration Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with Diploma & PG Diploma in HRM with 1 to 4 years of experience handling Payroll, statutory compliances. Must have strong communication skills and proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi.

Exposure in coordination with multiple site.
Should be result oriented, possess good organizational skills.
Strong Skills in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Updating new joinee details in SPINE PAYROLL & (HRMS) and create Master File to generate employee code.
Issue login Ids to all members to operate employee portal.
Add / delete employee details from Group Mediclaim & Accident insurance policy.
Issue Appointment, Confirmation, Appraisal, Relieving & Experience letters.
Coordinate and compile all HO/ Site/ Permanent/ Contract Personnel attendance.

Track & Update HO/ Sites/ PG employees Leave/ OD record each month.
Process accurate Payroll for PAN India each month.
Generate Pay slips for all employees.
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF/ ESIC/ PTAX/ LWF) online challans.
Calculate Bonus, Gratuity liability.
