  WNS Global Services Private Limited is looking for Admin & HR Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Graduate (Any Stream) with good, MS Office, Presentation and Reporting skills
Experience in HR, shared services, Administration, Operations, HRO, Payroll etc.
Must have strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Job Responsibility-

HRO (HR Admin, Shared services, HRO, Payroll)
Employee claim data update/changes in the required system
Administer transactional activities like:
Review of submitted requests for tuition reimbursement
Direct pay to institutions
Workshop reimbursement for subset of employees
Certifications, loan forgiveness
Application of associated employer-paid time off hours
Approval or denial and payment through Payroll or Accounts
Ability to produce required HR reports/dashboard
