Job Description	Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree Human Resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required with 5+ years of experience in HR filed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective communication with employees, management. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Staff oriented and results driven. Role & Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process such as creating job postings. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new/ experience staff. Review resumes, interview candidates, and complete background and reference checks. Manage employee files, assure compliance with applicable employment regulations, and contribute to a productive workplace. Help a firm discover and keep skilled, motivated workers.
