Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in resolving technical issues related to our products and services. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification :- BE or Any Graduation related to Computer Science
Certification :- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is mandatory

Role & Responsibilities-

Responding to customer queries and providing technical assistance through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and offering effective solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
