Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience working on ticketing tools. Should have excellent communication skills with good knowledge of Linux. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, Service Now, Remedy)
Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues experience is mandatory Red Hat certificate/ training is must.
