Job Description

We are looking for a smart, passionate Application support Engineer who can Provide Excellent support to our applications.
Candidate should be Any Graduate with Good Communication Skills
Must have good knowledge and understanding of MS Excel
It will be a added advantage if the candidate has the knowledge of SQL/ PLSQL
Must have strong analytical ability and data reasoning skills
Ability to collaborate with people across teams
Roles & Responsibilities-
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Coordinate with product team to find resolution for the issue.
Communicate with client using phone/ email/ chat and ensure issue resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. product team)
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Assist in Product/ Software testing in In-house/ On-site.
Manage multiple incoming phone calls at a time from customers.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manual
