  A1 Spaces Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 0 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Preparation. Must have excellent communication skills.

Only female candidates preferred
Must be willing to join immediately
Must know English, Hindi & Telugu

Roles & Responsibilities-

For providing full administrative support to the Managers and officers.
Handling End -to- End recruitment
Maintenance of the HR Records and Systems.
Preparing or updating employment records relating to hiring, transferring or terminating.

HR Admin day-to-day activities.
Daily follow-up with employees regarding attendance.
Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
Coordinate with the accounts team to get things done
