  IDrive Software (India) Private Limited is looking for Software Testing Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should possess BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech Degree in Computer Science and Information Science or Electronics or an equivalent degree from a reputed university. Should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within a software environment, preferably in manual testing.

Knowledge of software testing principles, theories, industry best practices, and techniques for software development and implementation methodologies.
Effective verbal and written communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. The qualified applicant will work to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of web sites and applications in collaboration with User Interface.
2. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, record and manage defects, and report test results
3. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
4. Work with development team members to communicate the impact of testing results.
5. Provide feedback and recommendations to UX/UI developers on software usability and functionality

The application Tester will work on the production side of the software, inspecting procedures and auditing the process after production such as testing the features and functionality to ensure they are working as expected.
