  Aditya Infotech Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be MCSE or CCNA/ CCNP Certified with Indepth knowledge of following subjects-

Understanding of Computer Networking.
Understanding networking topologies
Understanding LANs, WANs and the Internet
Understanding wireless and wired networks

Understanding network protocols
Understanding TCP/IP
Troubleshooting networking using built-in networking tools
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, FTP, Email, Outlook,

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound calling thru which Technical support is provided to customer over the call, email, thru chat and by taking their pc remotely by TeamViewer.
Support on CCTV Analog Cameras, IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, VDP and networking .
Resolving queries over the call or by remote desktop and maintaining daily call reports.
Help distributors/dealers/end users to commission newly purchased products or trouble shoot their current products

Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Sub netting, Routing Protocols, DNS , DHCP, Active Directory, Email server, POP3, SMTP, VPN, FTP, DAS, NAS, SAN etc.
Knowledge of Operating system like Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7, 2003 Server, 2008 Server, Linux, MAC.
Experience on DVR and CCTV products will be an added advantage for the candidate.
