Job Description



Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate or Under Graduate with minimum of 1 year experience in ICC Voice technical process
Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment
Good spoken communication
Should have good computer troubleshooting Knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide support and handling technical\non technical queries on QuickBooks application.
Handling inbound calls supporting North America customer base and also make outbound calls as per the defined process.
Resolving the customers issue on call using the client provided resources and ensuring customer is satisfied with the resolution provided and the issue does not reoccur.
Adhering to the quality standards set for the program by clients.

Adhering to the standard procedure while identifying the issues.
Ensuring that timely resolution is provided for the customer queries with great customer handling skills.
Recovery of the Data from the Database.
Working on corrupted file to extract the information.
Working on Password Related Queries /Password resetting.
Working and resolving Compatibility issues.

Its a financial process when deals in supporting accounting software/ Application & troubleshooting

Recovery of the Data from the Database.
Working on corrupted file to extract the information.
Working on Password Related Queries /Password resetting.
Working and resolving Compatibility issues.
Restoring the corrupt, lost or inaccessible database files of SQL Server
Recovering the data items from SQL Server database such as primary keys, unique keys, tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures accurately.
Efficaciously handles corruption issues such as automatic system shutdown, virus attack, OS corruption, etc.
Create backup of restored databases in script form SQL Queries

Interview Date: 18th to 31st December 2018
Walkin time 12noon to 4:00pm
