Job Description



DXC Technology India Private Limited is hiring Technical Support Engineer for International Voice Process - L1 Technical Support. (Corporate level)

Eligibility Criteria:

Full time Graduates with excellent communication skills
0-3 Year of work experience in IT Technical Support/Service Desk is preferred
Flexible to work in any shifts including night shifts.
Freshers can also apply

Job Responsibility:

Troubleshooting Hardware/ Networking/ OS related queries for our global customers over phone.
This involves working across different time zones
Take calls from global customers and provide the right response, positively and professionally

Interview Date: 19th December 2018
Walk-in Time - 10 AM to 1 PM
