Mandatory Skills-

Good problem solving skills (should be able to think logically, sharp and quick in getting to exact solution)

Worked on new application development including some design exposure

MCA or BE/B.Tech/ BCA/B.Sc-IT/ Computer Science from a good institute with above 60% marks

Good with J2EE technology (Experience with Core Java, JSP, Java Scripts, Servlets, Struts, EJB (Optional), PL SQL, Oracle )
