SQL coding (T-SQL)
Exposure to any programming language
Good troubleshooting skills
Awareness of IIS configuration

Exposure to .NET (ASP.NET and C#.NET)
Networking concepts
Windows Admin tools
Application Deployments.
Exposure to configuration management tools like VSS
Understanding of windows domains
Knowledge in VB/VBScript/ASP.net/HTML
Exposure to troubleshooting / debugging tools like Perfmonce.
