  Systemic Healthcare (India) Limited is looking for HR and Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 1 to 4 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Preparation. Should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices. Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role.

Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Source and screen resumes for open positions in Bulk hiring primarily
The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.
Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
