Job Description

The role is for a Associate Software Engineer who can design, develop and maintain high quality software that is innovative, fully performing and complies with coding standards and technical design. The candidate needs to have experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs.

Technical Competencies-

Object Oriented Programming concepts
Java or any other programming language
SQL knowledge
Logical and Analytical thinking, problem solving ability

Behavioral Competencies-

Must be able to work closely with business analyst and senior developers in the team
Effective communication with all stakeholders/teams
Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, work very proactively and good team player

Direct Responsibilities-

Perform code development and application maintenance.
Ability to translate business requirements into system design, analyze and estimate functional specifications.
Ability to write Unit Test cases
Self-organized and is able to deliver in time with good quality.
Excelled Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Ability to work independently & multi-task.
Experience of Software Development Life Cycle
Should be extremely good at troubleshooting and problem solving.
Ability to respond technically to changing business requirements.
Focus on enhancing domain knowledge while working on the job

Contributing Responsibilities-

Be a team player and also contribute to team building activities.
Should be able to suggest continuous improvement ideas
Should be able to document various features in the application.
Participate in configuration & release management.
L3 Business support post delivery.
