Candidate should have 0 to 2 years of proven experience in any international process with hardware troubleshooting Must have an ability to learn and adapt hardware and software. Assessing the customer support needs.
Should have the ability to work in a team and interact with the client. Should be empathetic and flexible to interact with agitated customers. Providing support to internal and external end users.
Provide IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting. Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service Providing technical solutions to different problems of clients by taking the help of different tools. Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to clients.
