Job Description

Perform incident handling of GEMINI in office hour and out of office hour
Perform problem root cause analysis
Perform analysis, design, implementation and test of GEMINI CRs Inbound Theme and Incident Theme

Requirements:
Participate GEMINI product training for 3 weeks
Be able to perform incident handling with agreed time frame based on the priority of each incident after 3 weeks GEMINI product training.
Be able to perform problem root cause analysis after 3 weeks GEMINI product training.
Be able to perform analysis, design, implementation and test of GEMINI CRs with agreed time frame after 3 weeks GEMINI product training.

Technical Skill:
Strong PL/SQL skill
VB6
UNIX knowledge in AIX
Oracle 8 or higher version database knowledge

NICE to have:
.NET
XML
VMS Operation System knowledge
CVS or Clear Case

Business Skills:
Strong analytical skill in order to perform root cause analysis on the problems of products
Team work oriented. Communication in a clear and comprehensive way

NICE to have:
Supply Chain knowledge
Distribution and transportation knowledge
