Job Description

Candidate must be Graduate with specialization in HR Management with very good communication skills in English, MS Office Word, Excel & PPT will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility-

Assist in the recruitment Process
Employee orientation, development, and training
HR Statutory compliance and reporting States in India & Central
Employment agreements & documentation
Performance management and improvement systems
Policy development and documentation

Employee relationship management
Organizational and space planning
Company-employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
Manage the company website with posts & updates related to HR activity
Any other work as decided mutually with the management
