Job Description

* Sr Software Eng/Module Lead/Tech Lead/Tech Architect (4.5 to 7 Yrs Experience)
+ Delivery of specified function
+ Overall design of component
+ Owns Technical Documentation
+ Some development activity

o Very Good communication Skills.
o Strong experience with Web based architectures.
o Proficient in Object Oriented software development (OOA, OOD, UML, patterns).
o Proficient in Java /EJB/J2EE technologies
o Experience with JSP, MVC, HTML/DHTML, CSS and Javascript.
o Experience with SQL based DBs, transactions, Hibernate (or other O/R Mapping
tools like Toplink).
o Proficient in SDLC based upon RUP and Agile methodologies.
o BE/MCA/MS/Msc/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
o Preferably from Product development companies.
