  Sophos: Cybersecurity as a Service Delivered is looking for Software Testing Engineer (SDET)



Job Description

Candidate must have strong knowledge/ working experience in Test automation development using Java/ Python/ Perl script. Hands on experience in automation testing for Networking / Network Security domain (Preferred to have). Prior working knowledge of networking server technologies and protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, Radius, DNS and Proxy Servers, Load Balancers) (Preferred to have)

Experience designing and executing test cases based on high-level requirements or use cases
Understanding of Multi-platform issues for UNIX, Mac, and Windows environments.
Experience with the Agile Methodology and continuous integration (i.e., nightly built and release) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities-

Development of Test plans and Test Strategies
Report Defects for test failures and drive it to closure.
Develop and Enhance Test automation frameworks as per Product feature needs
Active Participation in Design discussions and Architecture discussions.
Represent Engineering team at the customer site as per requirement
Ability to learn and understand complex systems and technical issues
