Candidate should be Technical Graduate with 2-3 years of proven experience in technical support or QA. Should have excellent debugging & data analysis skills. Must be good in SQL database
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution Commitment & passion to excel & grow technically. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients Experience with Postman, sumologs is a bonus.
Interview Process-
There will be at least two technical and one non-technical interview rounds. Our emphasis is on the logical flow and code architecture. You would be required to do a take-home assignment either based on the existing codebase or write a code from scratch depending on the first round of interviews. The process could take up to ten working days to finish.
