  GIST Management Solutions Pvt. Limited is looking for Technical Support Associate



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate (BCA preferred) Freshers to 1 year of experience
Must have excellent written communication skills
Good Problem solving and Analytical thinking.

Experience in SQL Professional experience in writing SQL queries & functions. Comfortable working with large data sets, Postgres SQL, joins, able to perform select, update, insert and other command queries, work on tickets based on SQL knowledge.

Email & chat support.
Written and oral communications.
Good typing speed.
Able to multitask and handle multiple customer requests at same time.

The CTC will be 3.25 LPA and 3 months probation
Ready to work on night shift for 4-6 months in a year
