Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinating on-boarding formalities and assisting HR manager in handing the employee life cycle.
Ensuring the facilities & setting up the office set up in Gurugram.
Taking care of complete admin operations for Gurugram office.
Assisting talent Acquisition team in hiring activities
Solving queries & arranging the travel reimbursement.
Handling Petty cash management
Responsible for handling of reception area

Company device management and Asset management tracking and Purchase management.
Coordinate company events such a Farewell function, Birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, team building activities etc.
Organize health and well-being to ensure employees well-being.
Plan and conduct team engagement activities for Pune office employees.
Plan and conduct for team outings.
