  Aria Innovations Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and accounting software; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
