  Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate in any stream with excellent written skills and communication skills. Must have fair knowledge in Hardware, software and End-user computing.

Good Analytical Ability
Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint
ITIL/ Yellow belt certification
Prior Hands on experience Service Now

Roles and Responsibilities-

1) Answering calls for North American region
2) Resetting Domain passwords and application password
3) Trouble shooting internet issues, performance issues, application support and all end user related quries
4) Create tickets in service now and assign tickets to support teams for out-of-scope issues.
