Job Description	Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or relevant field with proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role. Must have Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular). Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Roles and Responsibilities- The role of Human Resources & Administration (HR & Admin) shall oversee all personnel-related matters of the organization, alignment of employees with the organization`s business objectives, and ensure the creation as well as the implementation of policies that foster efficient management and development of Human Resources. Developing policies relating to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance management and appraisal, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, work culture, employee engagement, occupational health and safety, and training and development Ensuring statutory & legal compliances as per existing governmental, labour and legal requirements
