  Benzy Infotech Private Limited is looking for HR and Admin Executive



Job Description



Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master`s degree preferred) with proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or similar role. Must have strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.

Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Administer and maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in compliance with labour laws and regulations

Maintain employee attendance and manage monthly payroll process
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
Assist in employee training and development initiatives
Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate solutions
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities, and vendor management as per SEZ regulations
Support the management team in various administrative tasks and projects
