  Wipro Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers` technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Minimum qualification should be graduation or 10th + 12th + 3 years Diploma
Minimum 1 year any customer support or customer service experience is required
Location: Pune (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Rotation shifts 24*7.
5 working days & 2 rotational week offs.
One side transport facility will be provided.
International Voice Support.
Customer service oriented (SD).
Strong English (fluency) written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities-

Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Voice support is a must
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware through call.
Application, OS and Network troubleshooting
International Process
Flexible to work in shifts
