Candidate should be an MBA MPM PGDM HR graduate with excellent communication in English Key skills required - Training and development, communication, recruitment, on boarding, MS Excel Location preference - Pune
The principal responsibilities essentially include:
Co-ordinate for recruitment and taking interviews in office. Identifying and assessing future and current training needs Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan Deploy a wide variety of training methods Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions and assist in on boarding
Document handling of new and old employees Follow - up and coordination for attendance and time keeping within the organization
Support and take initiatives in employee relations, engagement activities by coming up with new ideas and initiatives to build employee relations.
