Job Description

Candidate should be Graduate in any stream with 1 to 4 years of prior experience of handling the job portals & Intern sites like Naukri, Times Job, Internshala etc. Must have good communication skills both written & oral.

Job responsibilities:

50% of the role includes HR generalist & admin activities and remaining 50% is recruitment.

Handling the basic HR generalist and admin activities like Joining formalities, exit formalities, policies improvements etc.
Planning, strategizing & executing the end-to-end recruitment for the organization in the given deadlines.
Handling and managing the basic admin activities, payroll, pantry, office boy, etc
