  Cheil India Private Limited is looking for Desktop Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, IT Service Desk, Software Support. Experience in end user support. Must have basic knowledge of ITSM Tool / Ticketing tool and MS office. Basic knowledge of Telephone systems, Video conferencing, CCTV and Access control system.

Key Responsibilities-

Installation, updating and troubleshooting of operating system and basic softwares
Installation and configuration of outlook client
Troubleshoot hardware issues in laptop/ desktop/ printers

Remote Software/ Desktop troubleshooting
Troubleshoot basic networking (wired and wireless)
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers and peripheral devices.
